Issue:
The unit control system experienced extremely low oil pressure, excessively high bearing temperatures, and elevated rotor vibration levels—leading to severe wear in the unit's transmission components, bearings, oil-gas seals, and other critical parts. Additionally, noticeable wear was observed on the impeller's pressure angle.
On-site condition:
Bearings, oil and gas seals, impellers, high- and low-speed shafts, diffusers, and large gears all show severe wear.
Maintenance plan:
Option A: Urgently repair core components such as the shaft, impeller, and bearings. Option B: Customize and produce new parts of the same model.
Result:
The equipment is running smoothly after maintenance.
