Issue:

The unit cannot start due to low oil pressure and has been shut down for six months.

On-site condition:

Disassembly revealed a faulty oil pressure regulator, resulting in low oil pressure. Upon inspecting the main unit, we found severe carbon buildup on the impeller surface and minor wear on the bearings.

Maintenance plan:

Clean the impeller, repair the bearings, fix the oil pressure regulator valve, adjust the impeller clearance, and calibrate the oil pressure.

Result:

After the unit was repaired, the oil pressure returned to normal, and the startup proceeded smoothly.
