(1) Increased bearing temperature of the unit; (2) Elevated lubricating oil supply temperature for the unit; (3) Higher inlet air temperature at P1S2; (4) Sudden, unexplained surge in vibration leading to a trip and shutdown prior to Level 1 vibration; (5) Oil leakage observed in the unit's lubrication system.

Maintenance plan:

Overhaul tasks include replacing bearings at all levels of the main unit, renewing oil and gas seals, and re-aligning the compressor.
