On-site condition:

Bearing damage, slight wear on the volute casing, and severe scaling in the cooler.

Maintenance plan:

Replace the bearings, and apply high-temperature coating for corrosion protection on the inner walls of the volute casing and intake duct. Perform physical unclogging and chemical cleaning on both oil-cooled and air-cooled systems, and replace the seals in the relevant maintenance kits.

Result:

The system was powered on for a trial run, and all operational data remained within normal ranges, confirming it’s safe to begin full-scale production.
