Project Info:

In 2021, RoyalTurbo won the bid for the supply and service contract of gas booster units for the 1,500MW gas combined cycle independent power station project on the Syr Darya river in Uzbekistan. The owner of this project is Saudi ACWA POWER Company. The EPC general contractor is China Gezhouba Group / China Energy Engineering Group Zhejiang Thermal Power Construction, a subsidiary of China Energy Engineering Group. The design party is Spanish IDOM company. Project site is located in Uzbekistan, an “inland country” in the heart of Central Asia, which is a necessary route for the westward extension of the “Belt and Road initiative”.
