Practical Training for Capability Building – RoyalTurbo’s  Special Training on Marketing System Upgrade Concludes Successfully

Release date:

2026-03-30

Summary: Theoretical Foundation: Mastering the Core of Customer Communication

From March 23 to 24, RoyalTurbo Engineering Group invited Mr. He Lin, former Country General Manager of Huawei Southeast Asia and former Global Partner of McKinsey’s Strategic Marketing Practice, to conduct a two-day special training on the “Iron Triangle” organization, a key initiative in the company’s marketing system upgrade. Centered on a customer-centric operation model, the training integrated theoretical lectures, interactive workshop exercises, and Q&A sessions. It enabled employees to identify areas for improvement and enhance their capabilities through practical application, supported the optimization of the company’s performance appraisal system, and laid a solid foundation for the company’s future high-quality business growth.

Theoretical Foundation: Mastering the Core of Customer Communication

On the March 23 Mr. He Lin delivered a systematic session on the customer-facing Iron Triangle operational mechanism, with a focus on deconstructing the value and methodology behind three core sales components: personal introduction, company introduction, and product introduction. From ice-breaking techniques to effectively communicating company strengths and articulating product advantages in real-world scenarios, Mr. He used vivid examples and practical techniques to help participants build a customer-needs-driven communication mindset, making every client interaction more targeted and persuasive.

To reinforce learning, new employees with less than one year of experience were selected for live demo exercises. With Mr. He’s detailed feedback and guidance, participants gained a clear understanding of the gap between standard communication practices and their current approaches, identifying clear directions for improvement.

Hands-On Practice: Polishing Product Introduction Skills in the Workshop

During the product introduction session, Mr. He Lin led participants to the production workshop, using core equipment as teaching tools and having each sales representative deliver on-site presentations. Covering equipment principles, technical parameters, and customer value, the hands-on exercise helped participants confront real challenges and expose skill gaps. Real-time feedback from the instructor and colleagues, along with group discussions, provided constructive input on presentation logic, focus areas, and customer perspective.

Through a closed-loop process of practice, review, and refinement, participants gained a deeper understanding of shortcomings in past product introductions, such as overemphasizing product technology while overlooking customer value, and overemphasizing technical parameters while overlooking application scenarios. They quickly adjusted their approach, translating technical jargon into value-driven language that resonates with customers, achieving a true shift from “being able to describe a product” to “being able to communicate its value.”

Q&A Empowerment: Focusing on Practical Issues

On the morning of March 24, Mr. He Lin held a focused discussion with company leaders on the performance appraisal system. Combining the core of this training and the actual business of the company, they conducted an in-depth discussion on optimizing evaluation metrics and refining implementation approaches, providing professional guidance to accelerate the improvement and implementation of the performance appraisal system.

That afternoon, Mr. He Lin hosted a dedicated Q&A session for employees, facilitating in-depth discussions on practical business challenges, including project-based sales lead generation and customer acquisition, balancing brand promotion efforts, and converting exhibition leads. Drawing on his industry experience, Mr. He offered actionable solutions, providing clear direction for future work.

This special training served as both a capability-building exercise and a moment of strategic alignment. From the classroom to the workshop, from demo drills to open Q&A sessions, every RoyalTurbo employee gained valuable experience and reached a shared understanding through collaboration.

Moving forward, we will translate the outcomes of this training into concrete actions. With stronger communication skills and a more solid professional foundation, we are committed to delivering greater value to our customers and driving strong momentum toward the company’s strategic goals.
