RoyalTurbo Annual Gala Special

As the old year fades and the new dawns, warmth abounds all around. With the Year of the Horse fast approaching, all employees of RoyalTurbo Energy Group gathered at Landison Luoyang Peninsula Manor and held the Year-End Review & Recognition Ceremony and the annual gala on February 6, 2026. This dual ceremony of reflection and celebration brought a perfect close to the past year and struck an inspiring note for our new journey in the Year of the Horse.

Year-End Review and Recognition Ceremony

At the noon ceremony, General Manager Yu led all colleagues in a comprehensive review of the company’s remarkable achievements in 2025 across business expansion, project execution, after-sales service and other key areas. He also laid out a clear roadmap for the company’s 2026 development goals and strategic direction, inspiring all RoyalTurbo staff to unite as one and strive for greater success in the new year!

The highlight of the ceremony was the recognition of the Annual Outstanding Employees. Their exceptional performance and dedicated spirit set a shining example for all, earning them thunderous applause and heartfelt admiration from the entire audience. We extend our sincere gratitude to every RoyalTurbo member for their wholehearted dedication and unwavering companionship.

A Sonic Start to Ignite the Venue

In the afternoon, as all RoyalTurbo colleagues took their seats, the annual gala officially kicked off. The Blue Band delivered a heartfelt performance of classic hits including Love Confession Balloon and Sweet Honey. The moment the melodies filled the air, the entire venue was electrified, with colleagues singing along softly and applauding continuously, and joy permeating every corner in an instant.

RoyalTurbo's Shining Stars in the Spotlight

This was a stage exclusively for RoyalTurbo members. Every performance was crafted with great care and creativity by our colleagues, drawing constant cheers and exclamations of delight from the audience, with one surprise after another.RoyalTurbo's Top Girl Group performed a dance medley Back to the 90s. Dressed in bell-bottoms, colorful hairbands and classic patterned shirts, they instantly transported the entire audience back to the golden era, evoking collective youthful memories.

Mr. Xu Keqiang gave a flute solo of One Plum Blossom. Under the spotlight, the melodious and graceful flute notes drifted gently, hushing the entire venue in an instant. All colleagues were immersed in the exquisite and ethereal artistic conception of traditional Chinese aesthetics.

The entire workshop team performed a chorus of My Future Is Not a Dream. Ten colleagues stood side by side on stage, waving glow sticks, and their unpolished yet powerful voices expressed the diligence and perseverance of the workshop team, as well as every RoyalTurbo member's boundless hope and firm belief for the future.

Shen Shuting delivered a guitar accompaniment vocal of Farewell for Half a Lifetime. The soft guitar strums paired with her delicate voice, and the compelling storytelling in the melody touched everyone’s heart, bringing tears to many colleagues’ eyes as they immersed themselves in the tenderness and emotion.

The Goose Top Team performed a penguin dance medley. The adorable penguin costumes made the entire audience chuckle the moment they appeared. Their wobbly penguin steps, highly creative choreography, paired with playful background music, made this performance the undisputed “highlight of joy” for the evening, drawing endless laughter from the audience.

Jiang Jianjun sang a solo of Love Each Other. His warm voice rose gently, and the tenderness and beauty in the lyrics perfectly captured the warmth and cohesion of the RoyalTurbo big family, making every colleague feel the happiness of moving forward together as “one family”

Little Stars Take the Stage, Amazing the Crowd

While the employees’ performances were spectacular, the appearance of our special young guest performers added a unique touch of childlike fun and surprise to the gala. The two little guests won thunderous applause and cheers from the entire audience with their professional and adorable shows, becoming the shining new stars on stage!

Young guest Jin Yichen performed a street dance routine. Energetic rhythms matched with crisp and neat moves, and the little one exuded immense stage presence. He hit every beat perfectly with cool dance steps, and every move showcased his professional skills, instantly igniting the audience's enthusiasm.

Young guest Yu Quancheng gave an erhu solo. Melodious and flowing tunes drifted from his fingertips, with a soothing melody and a calm performance style. Despite his young age, he demonstrated extraordinary musical skills, immersing the entire audience in the beautiful artistic conception of traditional Chinese folk music.

Surprise Interactions: Luck and Laughter Abound

Beyond the wonderful performances, fun-filled interactive games and thrilling lucky draws took center stage in turns, doubling the joy and bringing constant surprises to the venue. Games like Guess the Song and Guess the Idiom from Pictures transformed our usually serious colleagues into instant “game pros”, and their wildly creative answers had the whole room in stitches. The lucky draws held throughout the gala were the ultimate highlights, building intense anticipation with each round. From the Third Prize to the Grand Prize, every announcement was met with enthusiastic cheers from the crowd. Many lucky winners took home generous prizes, their joy written all over their faces.

Moment of Glory: Saluting Every Heart of Passion

As the gala drew to a close, we presented exclusive awards to the outstanding performance teams and individuals of the event. We would like to thank every colleague who contributed to the gala, both on and off stage. Every effort, from program choreography to live performances, deserves our utmost recognition.
