On August 18, 2014, Ingersoll Rand announced the acquisition of CAMERON Centrifugal Compressors (formerly COOPER) for $850 million. Following the integration, Ingersoll Rand’s centrifugal compressor business will operate under two distinct divisions: Standard Machines (PLANT AIR DIVISION) and Engineered Compressors (ENGINEERED COMPRESSOR DIVISION).

This contract marks the 5th original COOPER compressor unit project undertaken by RoyalTurbo Engineering (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. since 2016.
